Everyday one citizen will be chosen at random and interviewed to be the citizen of the day! Today’s citizen is Austin Bullock.  Austin is in the city of Casey, in the county of Wong. Austin was recently elected as a State Police Officer! Congratulations!

Where are you from?

“I’m from Sauquot New York, and I attend Sauquot Valley High School.”

Why did you want to come to Boys’ State?

“I really wanted to further my leadership skills, and I heard it can be really fun sometimes from my friends who went here before.”

What’s your favorite thing to do for fun?

“I enjoy having fun at parties with my friends and I like to hunt and fish.”

Is there anything you hope to gain from Boys’ State?

“I really want to expand my horizons and get a better knowledge of what the real world is really like.”

What are you going to miss most after you go back home?”

“I’m really going to miss the boys.”

What are you going to do after high school?

“I would like to go in the military, probably the Army.”
